An executive who has been the head of all facets of entertainment industry including, CFO of a Fortune 50 public company (Seagram/Universal), major film studio (Universal Pictures); head of major network broadcast operations and cable channels (Fox); head of business operations and finance for television, theme parks and music (Universal); television production (Universal Network TV); and EVP of strategy for major film, television, music, theme parks and games (MCA/Universal). Since leaving corporate positions in 2002, Mr. Mulligan has been a Senior Executive Advisor to other Private Equity and Major Consulting firms such as Bain, Cerberus Capital, Boston Consulting Group and LEK.

Mr. Mulligan is a fiscally-disciplined local who has a business degree with honors from USC and an MBA from UCLA.  He is also a member of the AICPA.

In addition to top positions in traditional media, Mr. Mulligan has served on the board of supporting entertainment industry companies such as: Napster, Ascent Media (formerly Liberty Livewire), and Interactive Corp (formerly USA Networks, Inc.). and on the investor/advisory board of Spyglass Entertainment, Vobile, CIC, Artist Ltd among others .

Mr. Mulligan has had numerous speaking engagements at industry events, investor conferences, Universities and with stakeholders in North America, Europe and Asia.

Mr. Mulligan is involved in numerous charitable and volunteer positions ranging from the Annual Fund Raising Leadership Committee for Polytechnic School (Pasadena), USC Ambassadors, Annandale Golf Club Fund Raiser for Pete Carroll’s “A Better LA”, sponsorship of a portion of construction at UCLA’s Anderson School , sponsorship of sports field at Mayfield Junior School, Chair of United Way Entertainment Industry Golf Fund Raiser at Rivera Country Club to involvement in youth sports including Chairman of La Canada Spartan Youth Basketball, Sponsor and Head Coach of Glendale Panthers Travel Basketball and Head Coach of Burbank Viking Senior Youth Tackle Football.
